    • From what I've seen, it's pretty trash and can't even support a full screen mode properly. Didn't Dave Lee say that he thought foldable phones were gimmicks and didn't like the line across, yet the least functional and most expensive full screen foldable gets praise from him?

  • Technology is already there. My design has been around for over a decade. Samsung/Sony (forget which) tried to sell it in the US but "I" have the design rights. My design has nearly ZERO seam between 3 screens. That's right THREE SCREENS... each screen is no larger than a normal phone.

I checked the litecoin is trading at $31 a unit on stock exchange for $7 worth of litecoin per unit. Investors are paying 700% premium for a unit of litecoin. Litcoin is a fork of bitcoin..Bitcoin forks are on fire. They love cheap forks. I can offer BCD which is 100 times superior to litecoin.... Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) Rise and Shine like a Bright Diamond in 2020 Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) cryptocurrency payments facilitate great convenience and efficiency for merchants and customers. The transactions are verified in just a matter of seconds. Merchants are glad because they are protected from high chargebacks. Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) was designed to work as peer-to-peer cash in a way to match the functionality of traditional fiat currency. The major intention of this Bitcoin fork was to solve the problem of slow confirmations and to deal with the issue of having to have high threshold requirements of Bitcoin. The BCD pay is useful because merchants can offer their products and services without having to go through the burden of expensive processing fees. Since there are no chargebacks, it is suitable for merchants, and they are less affected when dealing with indecisive customers. Ayobami Abiola, Crypto Enthousiast and Writer at the Currency Analytics, tweeted: “The upcoming Bitcoin Diamond halving will help the cryptocurrency extend well into the future. We need to see how the reality unfolds for the BCD after halving. Will it rise and shine like a bright diamond?“ The Bitcoin Diamond facilitated BCD Bazaar is the first crypto-only store. The products are hand-picked. The BCD pay facilitates an international market place, where it is possible to have access to the products regardless of where the buyer is from. The BCD pay International exclusively accepts crypto, and it is possible to make purchases with Bitcoin and BCD. The products in this Bazaar are from the best and popular online retailers who are curated to serve the global market place. Products are hand-picked and added in the Bazaar more frequently. Those who love electronic gadgets and toys would not want to miss what is offered at the Bazaar. To get started, users need to get a digital wallet, Buy BCD, and pay with BCD. The minimum order limit is set at 212.45 BCD. Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) Convenient than Credit Card Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) is hailed to be more versatile than Cash and more secure than fiat and far convenient than a credit card. Bitcoin Diamond (BCD) is better than fiat being a fork of the Bitcoin Blockchain. The supply of Bitcoin Diamond is limited, and therefore the inflation is kept under control. With BCD, the cost for transacting is less than a penny, and no currency is required for purchasing products from any country. BCD facilitates all good reasons for investors like..

  • For anyone who uses dual monitors at home on their desktop the duo is the intuitive choice. Not convinced of the longevity of a folding screen yet either, so duo also makes sense for anyone who keeps their phone 2-3 years. Productivity wise rather keep e.g. mail app open whilst look up info on 2nd screen rather than flipping between apps.

  • I get the Duo's aesthetical appeal. As a phone, I am not sure about pulling it, unfolding, checking who it is, answering/accepting, folding it again (inside-out?) to talk on it with one hand, then possibly closing it screen inside if you used it inside out, before putting it away. Doubt anyone is willing to keep it inside-out by default. So unusable without a watch and buds connected to it. As a tablet, can't really use it full screen for media unless you are a psychopath (Dave2D). The one camera is on the inside, giving one of the screens a hole-punch cut out interruption, not to mention not being able to use the two screens as one even with the break in the middle to monitor/preview the photo. In saying all this, nobody has seen it run. Let me know if there is a flaw in my logic. Cheers.

  • Let's not focus too much on this being a phone, I don't think MS was ever pushing this as a phone. I have a Samsung S4, it can make phone calls, and I have done it a few occasions, but this is a tablet device pure and simple. On my desk I have two screens, I have two screens because it is easier to get things done with more than one screen. A tablet with 2 screens makes perfect sense in my view. I am also a movie fan, and I have a great home cinema set up at home and as such, I never, ever watch anything worth watching on a screen less than 72 inches. In my view, the reason why I won't buy this is "Android". I am at Android 10 and I am only just getting what I use to have with the Lumia 950. I will wait for the Neo.

  • Am I the only person who wants a wider phone that doesn't fold (~6x4 or larger)? I'm tired of these 3 inch wide skinny phones. My eyes are getting older and I have huge hands. A 4 inch wide phone would easily fit in my pock and my jackets. I don't even put my phone in pockets that often. A plus of a phone that doesn't fold is it can easily be water proof (matters to me), better batter life (huge for me), might last longer (not break), and should be cheaper.

  • I'm curious to see how Microsoft is going to optimize apps for this device, Obviously, Microsoft will fine tune all their applications for the Duo with the Edge Browser in the forefront. But since Edge is Microsoft's rendition of the Chromium open source, I'd wonder if Chrome would similarly optimized or would it have a more generic browsing experience. Would non-optimized apps be able to stretch across both screens, given most apps don't even have a requirement to have a landscape mode? These foldable phones, as they become more uboquitous may force developers to optimize their apps for larger screens, which is welcome since only a handful even consider optimizations for tablets with HD screens. I see the MS Duo potentially being a better "digital assistant" than past attempts like the pre smartpjhone era Blackberry, Nokia non touch smartphones, Windows Phone/Mobile etc. Getting the screens to behave seamlessly while switching between folded, flat, L-shaped, etc. is the key.

  • The foldable screen technology isn't ready for market but they're using it anyway. In a year of use you'll have noticeable degradation in the display around the folded area. The Microsoft one looks like an actual attempt at something for real productivity. Not something for everyone, but someone who needs to do a lot of multitasking. It avoids the foldable screen tech, meaning it's going to last far longer than the devices that do use it. So far to me it looks like their design philosophy is with those people who need that high productivity. They'll probably have a good quality Bluetooth device for calls anyway so the holding it up isn't an issue. The fact that you can hold it up to your face merely exists because there's no loss in actually having that feature.

That said, when Microsoft produce a Duo with one full foldable screen I'd probably change to that, as long as it can stay the same thickness. I think Samsung need to take a look at some of the functionality of the Duo and upgrade their OS.
